Oh eternity, oh grey heavens, oh God who will help me now? Where Did You Go

My apartment was on the second floor almost in the boughs of the trees, the autumn leaves looked like baby birds leaping to their deaths. The wind was blowing and I sat on my chair watching outside for a long time. Undisturbed until that phone call came, the call that made me want to stay in that chair for evermore but I didn`t some how I got up.
Melissa aged eight years old, my child had gone missing.
